End of Year Sale - Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Period: The End of Year Sale is valid from December 29, 2025 until December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM AST.

2. Discount Offer: Enjoy 25% off all items listed in the Made to Order section on our website. This offer is only valid for new orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

3. Coupon Code: To receive the discount, customers must use the coupon code ENDOF2025 at checkout. The discount will not be applied without the use of this code.

4. Exclusions: The discount applies exclusively to the Made to Order items listed on our website. Customizations are not allowed during this promotion.

5. Order Processing:
Order processing will not start until January 4, 2026, when I return from the holiday break.

Please note that processing times may take up to 4 weeks after January 4th, as I need to finalize previous orders from the Black Friday sale before starting new orders. This is an estimate only and we make no guarantees on turnaround times.

6. Shipping Delays: While we are on break, we will be working on fulfilling outstanding orders impacted by prior shipping delays.
